COMPANY OVERVIEW The Company's principal business activity is the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties for commercial mineral deposits. The Company’s primary project is located in northwestern Yemen where it owns exclusive exploration licenses over a 1,583 square kilometer area. Nickel, Copper, Cobalt and Platinum have been discovered on three of the Company’s licenses at Suwar, Wadi Qutabah and Al Masna, while a gold deposit has been discovered on its Al Hariqah project. The second project is in Nevada, USA where the Company has a 100% interest in 6 gold exploration prospects secured with 140 claims. The Company also has 10 claim blocks covering approximately 30,000 hectares around a new belt of gold mineralization discovered approximately 100 kilometers northeast of Mayo, Yukon Territory, Canada. |
